Apartmentel has several plans that suits your needs and preferences.

  1. If you’re a PASSIVE host, the passive plan with 15% commission fee per booking is suitable for you. We will take care of your customers,  provide cleaning, and top-up the amenities on your behalf.
  2. If you prefer the FREEDOM, let us find customers, support them, manage your property from A – Z; and you just relax and get the live update of all bookings. End of the month, you will receive a consolidated report with the net amount to be automatically transferred into your account.
  3. If you’re an ACTIVE host, running some serviced apartments, we will refer guests to your place and still support them during their stay. For this plan, you will take care of logistics, including the cleaning, check-in/out support, top-up amenities and other ad-hoc requests.

We get your apartment transformed into hotel-apartment in three simple steps:

  1. Meet our Real Estate experts
    During our first meeting at your place, we will get to know your property and give you a precise estimation of your earnings. We’ll discuss your schedule, special needs and any other things that are important to ensure that your vacation rental runs smoothly.
  2. Onboarding & Listing Creation
    Our photographer will capture magazine-worthy photos to showcase the best that your apartmentel has to offer. We’ll create the listing on your behlaf, and make sure your listing is positioned to capture a would-be guest’s imagination.
  3. Welcoming your first guests
    Once we equip your home with hotel-quality linen, premium toiletries, and finish our last clean-up, it’s time to welcome your first guests! You sit back and relax, while we manage everything from guest communications prior and during their stay, check-in, check-out, to cleaning up after your guests leave.

The risk is lower for a short-term stay than a long-term lease (>1 year), for the following reasons:

  1. The guests come for travelling or business, only come back at night to sleep. They wouldn’t cook much, and won’t have party, which are the usual cause of damage to the apartment.
  2. With Apartmentel, your home is in good hands. We thoroughly screen potential guests to ensure only the most reputable guests will be staying in your home.
  3. Any damage will detected upon the check-out, and the Guest must pay a certain penalty to cover the reparation. We also have maintenance team to take care of basic property maintenance tasks and will be on call throughout your guest’s stay.

From 3 month to 3 years, you can choose the contract period that suits your need.

You can sign a short-term contract first, then extend it for longer term once you get greater comfort. We’re always here to support.

Absolutely, simply let us know in advance the days that you need to stay, we will lock the calendar for you.

After your departure, we will take care of the cleaning and this is free of charge for you!

Each calendar year, you are entitled to 12 nights free stays; that you could either use for your own, or for your friends/relatives. We will keep your apartment up to hotel standards, as of your valuable guests.
