B – Mô tả công việc:

  1. Kiểm tra căn hộ khi khách check-out để đảm bảo nội thất không bị hư hay mất cắp.
  2. Kiểm tra vệ sinh trước khi khách vào. Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn về vệ sinh và trang bị để khách hài lòng khi check-in.
  3. Sửa chửa nhẹ khi cần, ví dụ: thay bóng đèn, phối hợp kỹ thuật tòa nhà khi căn hộ bị trục trặc lớn hơn… Cần ở gần căn hộ cho thuê để tiện việc hỗ trợ khách khi cần thiết.

    Business Development Officer

    1. Partnership development [Indirect Channel]:
      • Indirect sales via travel/air-ticket/…. agencies
      • Work with Accounting and Customer Care teams, to ensure effortless executions (bookings, communication channel with travelers, feedback collection….)
    2. Corporate portfolio [Direct Channel]:
      • Introduce Apartmentel model to Corporations, as an alternative for their business travels.
      • Manage customer relationships and address any issues that may arise

    1. Create website’s content:
      • Populate the properties under Alliance, based on different sources of information.
      • Create the rooms to sell and align the pricing with OTAs.
      • KPI: 3 posts/week
    2. Promote the website:
      • Enhance SEO ranking: keyword study, enhancement of website structure, onsite, offsite…
      • Attract visitors to the website (traffic strategy)
      • KPI: constant increase of different key metrics

    3. Định kỳ: chùi ron gạch, vách kính nhà tắm, khử vết dơ trên tường/sofa.
